Instructions
- Begin by brewing your herbal tea, allowing it to steep until it reaches a deep, rich color. Once brewed, chill the tea in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
- In a large jug or pitcher, combine the chilled tea, orange juice, and cranberry juice. Stir gently to mix.
- Add honey and cinnamon, stirring until the honey is fully dissolved. This step always reminds me of the way my mum would stir her famous apple crumbles, with patience and love.
- Pour the mixture into tall glasses filled with ice cubes. Top each drink with a sprinkle of pomegranate seeds and a sprig of fresh mint for garnish.
