Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups apple juice
- 1 cup cranberry juice
- 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
- Ice cubes
Feel free to swap the apple juice for pear juice if you’re feeling adventurous. The vanilla extract can also be replaced with almond extract for a nutty twist reminiscent of my favorite Sunday desserts.
Instructions
- In a large pitcher, combine the apple juice, cranberry juice, and orange juice. Stir gently to mix the flavors well.
- Add the ground cinnamon, vanilla extract, and ground ginger to the juice mixture. Stir until the spices are fully incorporated. This step always reminds me of the way my mum would sprinkle cinnamon on apple crumbles, infusing warmth into every bite.
- Fill each glass with ice cubes. I find that using ice made from filtered water enhances the purity of flavors.
- Pour the spiced juice mixture over the ice in each glass, leaving a little room at the top for garnish.
- Garnish each drink with a sprig of fresh mint. The mint leaves add a fresh aroma that complements the spices beautifully.
- Serve immediately with a smile, just like we did around our crowded table on those cherished Sundays.
