- 1/2 cup pomegranate juice

Feel free to adjust the sweetness with more or less agave syrup, depending on your taste. And if you’re feeling adventurous, a dash of cayenne can add an extra kick!

- In a large pitcher, combine the pineapple juice, lime juice, pomegranate juice, and agave syrup. Stir well until the agave is fully dissolved.
- Add the ground cinnamon and mix thoroughly. The cinnamon adds a comforting warmth reminiscent of my mum’s apple crumbles.
- Just before serving, add the sparkling water to the pitcher to maintain the fizz.
- Fill glasses with ice cubes, then pour the juice mixture over the ice, leaving a little room at the top.
