Instructions
- Heat a splash of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another minute, letting the aroma fill the kitchen.
- Add the ground beef, breaking it up with a wooden spoon, and cook until browned.
- Mix in the diced tomatoes and tomato paste, stirring well to combine.
- Season with Worcestershire sauce, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for 15-20 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs if desired, and enjoy with your favorite sides.
