- 1 carrot, diced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Fresh parsley, for garnish

- Add the ground beef to the skillet, cooking until it’s browned and cooked through, breaking it apart with a wooden spoon.
- Stir in the diced carrot and potatoes, cooking for an additional 5 minutes.
- Mix in the tomato paste, ground cinnamon, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine all the flavors.
- Pour in the beef broth, bringing the mixture to a gentle simmer. Cover the skillet and let it cook for 20-25 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.
